TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE – TRANSIT GIFT CARD BOX
(valid only after the purchase of the Gift Card Box on transit.it).
Thank you for purchasing a Transit Gift Card. These terms and conditions govern the use of the Gift Card and are binding on the holder. Please read the terms carefully.
1. Scope of use
The Gift Card contained in the box is valid exclusively for the purchase of products on the official website transit.it.
WARNING: The Gift Card cannot be used for purchases at any Transit physical store.
2. Validity
The Gift Card is valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of activation, corresponding to the date of purchase. On expiry, any remaining credit will no longer be usable or refundable.
3. Method of use
The Gift Card can be used in multiple transactions until its initial value is fully used. It can be combined with other discounts or promotions active in the store at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds and returns
The Gift Card is non-refundable, even partially. In case of a product return purchased with a Gift Card, the corresponding value will be credited to a new Gift Card, without the possibility of cash reimbursement.
5. Ownership and liability
The Gift Card is nominative but transferable: anyone presenting it may use it, without identification. The holder is responsible for the safekeeping and use of the card.
6. Loss, theft or damage
In case of loss, theft or damage, the Gift Card cannot be blocked, replaced, or refunded, even if unused. Please treat it as cash.
7. Acceptance of conditions
Purchasing and using the Gift Card implies full acceptance of these conditions. Transit reserves the right to modify them at any time, always respecting consumer rights already accrued.

Grazie per aver acquistato una Gift Card Transit. Le presenti condizioni regolano l’utilizzo della Gift Card e sono vincolanti per il titolare della stessa. Ti invitiamo a leggere con attenzione i termini che ne regolano l’utilizzo.
1. Ambito di utilizzo
La Gift Card contenuta nel cofanetto è valida esclusivamente per l’acquisto di prodotti presso il sito ufficiale transit.it.
ATTENZIONE: La Gift Card non è utilizzabile per acquisti presso nessuno dei punti vendita fisici Transit.
2. Validità
La Gift Card ha una validità di 24 mesi (2 anni) dalla data di attivazione, corrispondente alla data di acquisto. Alla scadenza, il credito residuo non sarà più utilizzabile né rimborsabile.
3. Modalità di utilizzo
La Gift Card può essere utilizzata anche in modo frazionato, fino all’esaurimento del valore iniziale. Può essere cumulata con altri sconti o promozioni attivi in negozio al momento dell’acquisto.
4. Rimborso e resi
La Gift Card non è rimborsabile, nemmeno parzialmente. In caso di reso di un prodotto acquistato con Gift Card, il valore corrispondente sarà riaccreditato su una nuova Gift Card, senza possibilità di restituzione in denaro.
5. Titolarità e responsabilità
La Gift Card è nominativa, ma trasferibile: chiunque la presenti può utilizzarla, senza bisogno di identificazione. Il possessore è responsabile della custodia e dell’utilizzo della carta.
6. Smarrimento, furto o danneggiamento
In caso di smarrimento, furto o danneggiamento, la Gift Card non potrà essere bloccata, sostituita né rimborsata, anche se inutilizzata. Ti invitiamo a trattarla come denaro contante.
7. Accettazione delle condizioni
L’acquisto e l’utilizzo della Gift Card implica l’accettazione integrale delle presenti condizioni. Transit si riserva il diritto di modificarle in qualsiasi momento, garantendo in ogni caso il rispetto dei diritti del consumatore già maturati.

1. Champ d’utilisation
La Carte Cadeau contenue dans le coffret est valable exclusivement pour l’achat de produits sur le site officiel transit.it.
ATTENTION : La Carte Cadeau ne peut pas être utilisée pour des achats dans les boutiques physiques Transit.
2. Validité
La Carte Cadeau est valable 24 mois (2 ans) à compter de la date d’activation, correspondant à la date d’achat. À l’expiration, le crédit restant ne sera plus utilisable ni remboursable.
3. Modalité d’utilisation
La Carte Cadeau peut être utilisée en plusieurs fois jusqu’à épuisement de sa valeur initiale. Elle peut être cumulée avec d’autres remises ou promotions en cours dans le magasin au moment de l’achat.
4. Remboursements et retours
La Carte Cadeau n’est pas remboursable, même partiellement. En cas de retour d’un produit acheté avec la Carte Cadeau, la valeur correspondante sera créditée sur une nouvelle Carte Cadeau, sans possibilité de remboursement en espèces.
5. Propriété et responsabilité
La Carte Cadeau est nominative mais transférable : toute personne la présentant peut l’utiliser sans identification. Le détenteur est responsable de la conservation et de l’utilisation de la carte.
6. Perte, vol ou détérioration
En cas de perte, vol ou détérioration, la Carte Cadeau ne peut être bloquée, remplacée ni remboursée, même si elle n’a pas été utilisée. Veuillez la traiter comme de l’argent liquide.
7. Acceptation des conditions
L’achat et l’utilisation de la Carte Cadeau impliquent l’acceptation intégrale de ces conditions. Transit se réserve le droit de les modifier à tout moment, en respectant toutefois les droits déjà acquis par le consommateur.

1. Geltungsbereich
Die im Box-Set enthaltene Geschenkkarte ist ausschließlich für den Kauf von Produkten auf der offiziellen Website transit.it gültig.
ACHTUNG: Die Geschenkkarte kann nicht für Einkäufe in physischen Transit-Geschäften verwendet werden.
2. Gültigkeit
Die Geschenkkarte ist 24 Monate (2 Jahre) ab Aktivierungsdatum gültig, entsprechend dem Kaufdatum. Nach Ablauf kann der verbleibende Betrag nicht mehr genutzt oder zurückerstattet werden.
3. Nutzung
Die Geschenkkarte kann auch in mehreren Teilbeträgen verwendet werden, bis der ursprüngliche Wert aufgebraucht ist. Sie kann mit anderen Rabatten oder laufenden Aktionen im Geschäft zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs kombiniert werden.
4. Rückerstattung und Rückgabe
Die Geschenkkarte ist nicht erstattungsfähig, auch nicht teilweise. Bei Rückgabe eines mit der Geschenkkarte gekauften Produkts wird der entsprechende Wert auf eine neue Geschenkkarte gutgeschrieben, ohne Möglichkeit einer Barauszahlung.
5. Eigentum und Haftung
Die Geschenkkarte ist namentlich, aber übertragbar: Jeder, der sie vorlegt, kann sie nutzen, ohne sich ausweisen zu müssen. Der Inhaber ist für die Aufbewahrung und Nutzung der Karte verantwortlich.
6. Verlust, Diebstahl oder Beschädigung
Bei Verlust, Diebstahl oder Beschädigung kann die Geschenkkarte weder gesperrt, ersetzt noch erstattet werden, auch wenn sie ungenutzt ist. Bitte behandeln Sie sie wie Bargeld.
7. Zustimmung zu den Bedingungen
Der Kauf und die Nutzung der Geschenkkarte implizieren die vollständige Zustimmung zu diesen Bedingungen. Transit behält sich das Recht vor, diese jederzeit zu ändern, wobei die bereits erworbenen Verbraucherrechte gewahrt bleiben.
