1. Champ d'application

La Carte Cadeau est valable exclusivement pour l'achat de produits dans les points de vente physiques de Transit situés sur le territoire national.

ATTENTION :

La Carte Cadeau ne peut pas être utilisée pour des achats effectués sur le site officiel transit.it et dans notre magasin de Venise, Calle dei Fabbri 4673.

2. Validité de la carte

La Carte Cadeau est valable 24 mois (2 ans) à partir de la date d'activation, correspondant à la date d'achat.

À l'expiration, le crédit restant ne sera plus utilisable ni remboursable.

3. Mode d'utilisation

La carte cadeau peut également être utilisée de manière échelonnée, jusqu'à épuisement de la valeur initiale.

Elle est cumulable avec d'autres réductions ou promotions en cours dans le magasin au moment de l'achat.

4. Remboursement et retour

La carte cadeau n'est pas remboursable, même partiellement.

En cas de retour d'un produit acheté avec une carte cadeau, la valeur correspondante sera créditée sur une nouvelle carte cadeau, sans possibilité de remboursement en espèces.

 5. Propriété et responsabilité

La carte cadeau est nominative, mais transmissible : toute personne qui la présente peut l'utiliser, sans identification.

Le titulaire est responsable de la garde et de l'utilisation de la carte.

6. Perte, vol ou détérioration

En cas de perte, de vol ou de détérioration, la carte cadeau n'est ni bloquée, ni remplacée, ni remboursée, même si elle n'a pas été utilisée.

Veuillez la traiter comme de l'argent liquide.

7. Acceptation des conditions

L'achat et l'utilisation de la carte-cadeau impliquent la pleine acceptation des présentes
conditions.

Transit se réserve le droit de les modifier à tout moment, tout en garantissant en tout état de cause les droits déjà acquis par le consommateur.

Thank you for purchasing a Transit Gift Card. These terms and conditions govern
the use of the Gift Card and are binding on the holder.

Please read the terms governing its use carefully.

1. Scope of use

The Gift Card is valid exclusively for the purchase of products at Transit's physical points of sale
physical points of sale located in the national territory.

The Gift Card cannot be used for online purchases on the official transit.it website and in our store in Venice, Calle dei Fabbri 4673.



2. Validity

The Gift Card is valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of activation,
corresponding to the date of purchase.

On expiry, the remaining credit will no longer be usable or refundable.



3. Method of use

The Gift Card can also be used in instalments, until the initial value has been used up.

It can be combined with other discounts or promotions active in the shop at the time of purchase.



4. Refunds and returns

The Gift Card is not refundable, not even partially.
In case of return of a product purchased with a Gift Card, the corresponding
value will be credited to a new Gift Card, without the
possibility of a cash refund.

5. Ownership and liability

The Gift Card is nominative, but transferable:
anyone presenting it may use it, without identification.

The holder is responsible for the safekeeping and use of the card.

6. Loss, theft or damage

In case of loss, theft or damage, the Gift Card shall not be be blocked, replaced or refunded, even if unused.

Please treat it as cash.

7. Acceptance of conditions

The purchase and use of the Gift Card implies full acceptance of these
conditions.

Transit reserves the right to change them at any time, guaranteeing in any case respecting the rights of the consumer already accrued.
