Gracias por adquirir una Tarjeta Regalo Transit. Estos términos y condiciones rigen el uso de la Tarjeta Regalo y son vinculantes para el titular de la misma.

1. Ámbito de utilización

La Tarjeta Regalo es válida exclusivamente para la compra de productos en los puntos de venta físicos de Transit puntos de venta físicos ubicados en el territorio nacional.

El listado actualizado de comercios adheridos puede consultarse en https://www.transit.it/pages/negozi.

ADVERTENCIA:

La Tarjeta Regalo no puede utilizarse para compras online en la web oficial transit.it ni en nuestra tienda de Venecia, Calle dei Fabbri 4673.

2. Validez

La Tarjeta Regalo tiene una validez de 24 meses (2 años) a partir de la fecha de activación correspondiente a la fecha de compra.

A su vencimiento, el crédito restante ya no será utilizable ni reembolsable.



3. Modo de utilización

La Tarjeta Regalo también puede utilizarse a plazos, hasta agotar el valor inicial.

Puede combinarse con otros descuentos o promociones activos en la tienda en el momento de la compra.

4. Reembolsos y devoluciones

La Tarjeta Regalo no es reembolsable, ni siquiera parcialmente.

En caso de devolución de un producto adquirido con una Tarjeta Regalo, el valor correspondiente se abonará en una nueva Tarjeta Regalo, sin posibilidad de reembolso en efectivo.



5. Propiedad y responsabilidad

La Tarjeta Regalo es nominativa, pero transferible: cualquier persona que la presente puede utilizarla, sin necesidad de identificación.

El titular es responsable de la custodia y uso de la tarjeta.



6. Pérdida, robo o deterioro

En caso de pérdida, robo o deterioro, la Tarjeta regalo no podrá ser
ser bloqueada, sustituida ni reembolsada, aunque no haya sido utilizada.

Por favor, trátela como dinero en efectivo.



7. Aceptación de las condiciones

La compra y utilización de la Tarjeta Regalo implica la plena aceptación de las presentes condiciones.

Transit se reserva el derecho a modificarlas en cualquier momento, garantizando respetando en todo caso los derechos del consumidor ya devengados.

Thank you for purchasing a Transit Gift Card. These terms and conditions govern
the use of the Gift Card and are binding on the holder.

1. Scope of use

The Gift Card is valid exclusively for the purchase of products at Transit's physical points of sale

2. Validity

The Gift Card is not refundable, not even partially.
In case of return of a product purchased with a Gift Card, the corresponding
value will be credited to a new Gift Card, without the
possibility of a cash refund.

5. Ownership and liability

The Gift Card is nominative, but transferable:
anyone presenting it may use it, without identification.

The holder is responsible for the safekeeping and use of the card.

6. Loss, theft or damage

In case of loss, theft or damage, the Gift Card shall not be be blocked, replaced or refunded, even if unused.

Please treat it as cash.

7. Acceptance of conditions

The purchase and use of the Gift Card implies full acceptance of these
conditions.

Transit reserves the right to change them at any time, guaranteeing in any case respecting the rights of the consumer already accrued.
